Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement welfare policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Address employee concerns regarding welfare and work towards effective solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS) to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Conduct training sessions on labour issues, OHSAS, and other relevant topics for employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with HR to resolve employee conflicts and promote a harmonious work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in managing welfare programs and addressing labour issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective conflict resolution.
  • Certification in OHSAS or relevant field would be a plus.
