Operator

To operate and monitor IMFL bottling processes, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality production as per SOPs and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bottling equipment including filling, capping, labelling, coding, and packing machines.
• Ensure smooth production with minimum downtime and wastage.
• Perform line changeovers, start-up, and shutdown activities.
• Monitor product quality and report any abnormalities immediately.
• Maintain production records and machine logbooks.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, FSSAI, Excise, and Safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S practices.

• ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. (Relevant Discipline)
  
  

• 2–5 years of experience in IMFL, Brewery, Beverage, or Bottling Industry.
