Job Description
To ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods by implementing quality standards, laboratory controls, and regulatory compliance in IMFL/Bottling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage quality control activities for IMFL/Bottling operations.
- Ensure testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Excise, GMP, FSSC 22000, and ISO standards.
- Monitor laboratory operations, calibration, and documentation.
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Maintenance for quality improvements.
- Lead audits and maintain quality records.
- IMFL/Beverage Quality Control
- Laboratory Testing & Analysis
- FSSAI, Excise & GMP Compliance
- FSSC 22000 / ISO 9001
- CAPA & Root Cause Analysis
- Instrument Handling (GC, HPLC, Spectrophotometer, etc.)
- Documentation & Audit Management
- Team Leadership
- MS Excel / ERP
B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Technology/Chemical Engineering) or equivalent.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in IMFL, Distillery, Brewery, or Beverage Industry, with relevant experience in Quality Control and Laboratory Management.
