Project Control Manager

Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally

• Monitor the progress and control multiple projects and provide accurate and updated project status reports to Operations head/ Management.
• Ensuring that a project is completed on time and within budget
• Manages the project support and ensures proper completion of a project
• Coordinate site to ensure timely and accurate management of cost and schedule control activities on assigned client projects
• Set up, lead and manage Project Controls team on site
• Ensure timely reporting, management and archiving of project
• Incumbent is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgement in the performance of agreed assignments
• A multinational, multi cultured work force at all levels and in all areas of the business
• Due attention to Occupational Health, safety and welfare of all employees, and responsibilities for care of all environmental issues

Technical Need to Have Nice to Have

• Prior experience in similar roles in monitoring the progress and control of multiple projects
• Prior experience of working with leading MNC company projects is essential
• Experience in successfully delivering medium to large EPC projects valued over 100 Million USD, especially Oil & Gas Projects (Gas processing or pipeline construction jobs)
• Exposure to major Indian / International project Consultants
• Knowledge of project management tools like PRIMAVERA, MS Projects & thorough knowledge of computer applications related to planning essential
• Experience in Gulf region essential
• Experience in working with Major EPC / Construction companies in Hydrocarbon sector, especially in field development / offshore / refinery & petrochemical EPC / Composite Construction Projects
