Stamping Engineer Roll Forming Process

Overview

stamping project engieer responsible for stamping project management & supplier followup of roll forming parts & dies .Also have knoweledge of process & design of roll forming parts & componenet .

Should be able to work with minimum supervision and inputs .Should have Roll forming expriance at least 4-8 year.Should have good understanding of  the stamping process & roll forming process .

Responsibilities

Roll forming parts  design validation/process validation /Simulation validation .Process & simulation knoweledge will be added advantage .              Die supplier follow up & co ordination for roll forming line building & commisioning2D & 3D Process  check & validation feedback to supplier Die buyoff/HLTO co ordinationStamping project mangement for roll forming parts &   Good communication skills

                                                                             

Qualifications

BE mech / B tech in Tool and Die making diploma /post diploma
