Job Description

We are recruiting for a Seeniuor Analyst in the KGS CH BOI Managed services team. In this team, your responsibilities will include supporting BOI-MS Operations team members in developing and maintaining MI Reports .

Responsibilities

Professional Background:

•Strong understanding of key operational metrics including hours, utilization, penetration, FTE, and headcount, Average handling time (AHT) and other quality metrics ensuring efficient and effective MI reports

•Design and implement VBA-driven automation tools to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve overall efficiency.

•

Analytical Expertise:

•Analyze current trends using various methodologies to deliver accurate operational metrics critical for the business

•Proficient in predictive analysis to anticipate future trends and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications

•Graduate/ Post degree in in any discipline

Work experience

•4 - 6 years in any reporting roles working in a medium to large scale corporate environment.
