Job Description

As a crucial member of our client relationship team, the Senior Account Manager will orchestrate and enhance all client management activities. This individual is pivotal in nurturing long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual success. The Senior Account Manager will oversee key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while identifying new opportunities for growth. Leveraging a deep understanding of the industry and the client's business, the role demands strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach for executing account strategies. A successful candidate will thrive on engaging with clients, solving critical problems, and leading teams to drive exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a track record of managing complex accounts, directing cross-functional teams, and consistently delivering on client objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored for each client.
  • Lead and manage renewal and upselling pitches to meet organizational targets.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and foster strong client relationships.
  • Spearhead the resolution of client issues and anticipate potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-specific solutions and services.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for client growth.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review feedback and performance metrics.
  • Guide and mentor junior account managers and support staff as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, reports, and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented correctly.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of projects, reports, and other deliverables to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide sales and customer success strategies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management or client relations.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.
