Job Description

As a Call Centre Agent in our Sales Department, you will become an integral part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. Your primary role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and providing them with the products and services that best meet their needs. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships, and a target-driven mentality. You will be expected to stay updated with our offerings, understand customer concerns or questions, and guide them towards a satisfying solution. Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persuasive, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Engage with potential and current customers to understand their sales needs.
  • Inform customers about product features and benefits accurately.
  • Management of leads through a provided CRM and timely follow-up tasks.
  • Monitor and meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints with a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and increase effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to management on issues and customer feedback improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company's quality standards and expected practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve skills.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company services and promotions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in a call center or sales position is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Must be comfortable working with targets and under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer database systems is advantageous.
