A Real Estate Consultant plays a pivotal role in the dynamic world of real estate by providing expert guidance to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in properties. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate consulting or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and financial information.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively close deals.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as per clients' needs.
  • Proficient in using property management software and related tools.
