Job Description

A Quality Executive plays a vital role in ensuring that products and services meet established standards of quality and reliability. This position is responsible for maintaining internal standards, managing quality control processes, and implementing improvements where necessary. Quality Executives work closely with various departments to ensure a consistent approach towards quality management and to mitigate any issues that might arise. They are strategic thinkers, adept at problem-solving, and play a crucial role in instilling a culture of quality within an organization. Their goal is to ensure the continuous enhancement of product quality to meet customer expectations and improve business performance. With a comprehensive understanding of quality assurance protocols, Quality Executives develop and oversee quality systems that align with company objectives, striving for maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to regulatory and industry standards.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality systems to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of quality control processes.
  • Coordinate with departments to establish and refine quality requirements.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Train staff on quality principles and processes to promote a quality culture.
  • Implement new testing procedures and equipment to improve quality assurance.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to capture and address customer concerns.
  • Develop strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall quality framework.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure products meet specified quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
  • Proficiency in using quality management systems and relevant software tools.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
