We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services and leverage our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers. We believe in the value of industry best-practice standards achieved through evolving technology and digitalization. We focus on employee experience as a key driver of our actions. • Proactively identify compliance and risk issues related to global mobility, including employment law, immigration, social security, and tax requirements.
  • Manage visa application processes for business visas and work permits, including tracking and monitoring requests.
  • Ensure accurate accumulation of payroll and non-payroll assignment and relocation components for correct reporting and payroll instructions.
  • Collaborate with external vendors (immigration, social security, and tax providers) to deliver seamless global mobility services.
  • Maintain and support the functionality of the assignment management tool, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Prepare, review, and manage assignment documentation.
  • Partner with global case managers to continuously improve operational processes and implement best practices.
  • Drive standardization across downstream process flows.

Your success is grounded in

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in global mobility, including immigration, social security, and/or assignment management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple geographies.
  • Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel and Word skills preferred.
  • Ability to work within existing processes while suggesting constructive improvements.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing requirements and client needs.
