Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Program Manager to strategically plan, execute, and optimize high-impact marketing programs across the APAC region, with a strategic focus on India. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results and elevate our brand presence in this pivotal market.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic marketing program execution across APAC with focus on India, taking independent ownership of delivering against aggressive growth targets and business objectives that directly impact market share and revenue.
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaign planning and orchestration, ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment across diverse marketing functions including Solution Marketing, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Market Research, and Digital Marketing teams.
- Partner closely with senior sales leadership to identify, develop, and implement innovative marketing tactics, strategies, and comprehensive plans that drive market penetration and competitive advantage.
- Navigate complex marketing challenges by leveraging extensive industry expertise, providing strategic insights, and influencing direction through compelling communication and deep technical understanding of software offerings.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing program management in the technology sector, with a strong track record of driving measurable business outcomes
- Deep understanding of the APAC market, with proven experience and strong networks in India being highly advantageous
- Fluent English proficiency (oral and written) with advanced interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, build consensus, and influence at all levels
- Strong technical aptitude with background in Engineering software, Simulation, and PLM industries, enabling deep understanding of target markets and customer needs
- Demonstrated experience with B2B marketing, demand generation, sales pipeline contribution, and account-based marketing programs
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Eloqua), and related marketing tools (Allocadia, Wrike, Stensul)
