Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Credit Card Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers, ensuring a high-level understanding of the products and services we offer. You should be proactive, personable, and excellent at communication, with the ability to convert customer inquiries into sales. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage their accounts, and offer them financial advice relevant to their transactions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers interested in credit card services and products.
  • Conduct presentations to promote credit card products and engage prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty.
  • Analyze customers' needs and recommend the most suitable credit card options.
  • Maintain an updated understanding of credit card offerings, terms, and conditions.
  • Perform detailed documentation of customer interaction and accounts managed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and client acquisition.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Report to the sales manager concerning sales progress and prospective clients.
  • Stay updated with financial market trends relevant to credit services and products.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for data management.
