Consultant - Compensation Managament Job

We are looking forward to hire Compensation Managament Professionals in the following areas :

Experience – 3- 7 years

• Below would be the key responsibilities

   

  ·        Act as the domain expert for SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules

  ·       Configuration, testing, and deployment of compensation and benefits solutions aligned with business requirements. 

  ·       Support integration efforts between SuccessFactors modules and our payroll systems. 

  ·        Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and process optimization for compensation and benefits functionalities. 

  ·        Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions to drive user adoption and solution enhancement. 

  ·        Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies related to compensation, benefits, and payroll in an ever-evolving landscape. 

  ·        Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation module updates, best practices, and emerging trends in global HR IT. 

   

  Qualifications

   

  ·        Minimum 3 years experience in compensation and benefits.

  ·        3+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules, preferably in large-scale, global implementations.

  ·        Strong understanding of compensation & benefits concepts, payroll processes, and their IT enablement.

  ·        Proficiency in SuccessFactors configuration tools, workflows, business rules, and integration points.

  ·        Good knowledge of payroll and time management solutions (SAP HCM Payroll) is a plus.

  ·        Demonstrated problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to handle complex compensation scenarios.

  ·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

  ·        Ability to work collaboratively in cross-cultural, geographically dispersed teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
