Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced Excel training programs tailored to client needs.
• Create engaging training material using real-world Excel scenarios and examples.
• Facilitate training sessions both in-person and through online platforms effectively.
• Assess learners’ Excel skill levels to customize training content accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one support to learners to solve their Excel-related challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest Excel tools and functionalities to enhance training.
• Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in the delivery of content.
• Collect feedback from participants to improve training program quality and effectiveness.
• Design assessments to measure the impact of training sessions on participants’ skills.
• Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and participant progress regularly.
• Work closely with corporate clients to schedule and plan customized training sessions.
• Continuously research and implement new teaching methodologies to improve learning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Excel Trainer or in a similar instructional role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, macros, and pivot tables.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to explain complex Excel concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Experience with virtual training tools and platforms for remote instruction.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple training schedules and content.
• Certification in Microsoft Excel or completion of relevant Excel courses preferred.
