Job Description

The Account Executive is a critical member of our team, responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding existing client relationships while simultaneously acquiring new clients. This role involves deep understanding and evaluation of client needs to suggest appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives. An Account Executive should be articulate, personable, and able to operate effectively under their own initiative. The position requires a mix of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills to establish trust and foster long-term partnerships with clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing or new client relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Analyze client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to influence client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competition to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace trends and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or account management roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools for productivity.
