About The Role:

We are looking for a Product Management Intern to join our team and contribute to building customer-centric financial products. This role sits at the intersection of user experience, technology, and business, and is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems using data and structured thinking.

As a Product Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders. A key part of your role will involve gathering and analysing customer feedback from the app, identifying pain points, and translating insights into well-structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Day- to-Day Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse customer feedback from app reviews, support tickets, and user research
• Identify user pain points and translate them into actionable product insights
• Validating and quantifying problem statement, into actionable features
• Validating the magnitude of the problem, using data
• Create clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to drive feature development
• Assist in defining product road maps and prioritising as per severity of issues
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on data
• Support experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development
  
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively across teams and align on goals
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to breaking down problems
• AI assisted working: Ability to use chatGPT/Claude to conduct research and gather info, iterate on PRD and make wireframes.
• Ownership: Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks independently
• Documentation: Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise PRDs
• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Good to Have:

• Prior projects or Internship experience in B2C companies, Fintech, mobile based ordering, consumer internet products, social media apps, gaming apps, etc.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira,Notion or Analytics platforms.
