• Bid Support, Prospecting, Back-end sales related activities.
  
  

Your Success Is Grounded In

• Experienced bachelor’s degree with good academics & exposure in the field of Sales / Sales Support / Lead Generation/Sales Documentation…etc.
• Good written and spoken English skills (neutral English accent).
• Work experience with US/UK/APAC customers/processes …etc. are of added advantage)
• Intuitive mind, quick learner, interested in exploring things.
• Familiar with general office Tools/Application (eg. MS tools/applications)
• Good team player, result oriented person.
• 2-5 years’ work experience in Sales function, Bid Support, handling pre-sales support functions to assist in pre-bid/RFP/RFI/ opportunity process. Knowledge about techno-commercial terms, various documentation, basic sales cycle/processes and other related functions.
• Knowledge & hands on experience in various sales related tools/portals/platforms/CRM tools…etc.
• Knowledge of techno-commercial terms, various sales/bid documentation, basic sales cycle/processes and other related activities.
• Exposure to target oriented (deadline based, quick turnaround time) roles with KPIs/Metrics…etc.
• Familiar with Stakeholder interactions/updates/meetings/reports…etc., adaptable to changing business needs/priorities. Able to understand customer requirements and resolve issues in an effective manner.
• Flexible working with USA time zones. Exposure to USA customers related processes would be of added advantage.
• Basic knowledge on tools like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI would be added advantage.
