Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Partner Account Manager to lead and expand our B2B business through channel partners across Infra key assigned partners majorly in Bangalore as a Territory. This role carries full ownership of the entire Commercial Business for the region and major focus on Server Storage Solutions irrespective of vertical, while driving the One Lenovo business strategy through strong partner alignment and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the One Lenovo business approach, ensuring alignment across PC, Infrastructure (Server Storage), and Solutions portfolios.
  • Drive server and storage business growth through effective channel engagement (experience preferred).
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to deliver structured and sustainable growth.
  • Lead and manage key assigned “metal” partners to strengthen the channel ecosystem by engaging, enabling through trainings , taking mind share and accelerate market share growth.
  • Own and drive the complete B2B commercial business through channel partners with full revenue accountability.
  • Identify new opportunities across all commercial verticals and build expansion strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-sales, Operations, Product teams, Finance, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution, commercial alignment, pricing governance, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Build a unified channel strategy that aligns all stakeholders to drive consistent and profitable growth.
  • Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction, long-term engagement, and business sustainability.

Preferred Experience Skills

  • Strong Server Storage business knowledge will be mandatory.
  • Experience in driving structured JBP and leading impactful QBR discussions.
  • Strong experience in B2B channel sales and partner account management.
  • Proven ability to manage full regional commercial business ownership.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and revenue focus.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, partner management, or sales-related roles
  • Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales platforms, and productivity software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and deliver results
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Previous experience in technology or IT sales is must.
