Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain robust applications using Java and the Spring Framework to enhance business operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate Spring Cloud and Spring Boot applications for seamless functionality. - Utilize Spring Integration to ensure efficient communication between various system components. - Oversee the development lifecycle ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment. - Conduct code reviews and implement improvements to enhance application efficiency and security. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable software solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure applications meet compliance and security standards to protect sensitive data. - Drive innovation by proposing new tools and methodologies to improve development processes. -Qualifications - Possess a strong background in Java and the Spring Framework including Spring MVC and Spring Core and ReactJS. - Have experience with Spring Cloud and Spring Boot for developing microservices. - Show proficiency in Spring Integration for system communication. - Experience in Investment Banking Operations is a valuable asset. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. 9.
