Key Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of ABAP developers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
• Designing, reviewing, and optimizing ABAP solutions across SD, Logistics, and Finance modules.
• Collaborating with functional consultants and global business stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Overseeing the full development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with SAP standards and best practices.
• Driving innovation, automation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Serve as the escalation point for critical technical and delivery issues
  
  

• 10-15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in SAP ABAP (SD, Logistics, Finance).
• Strong knowledge of SAP core business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procurement, and Finance.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing development teams in a global delivery environment.
• Solid skills in debugging, performance optimization, and complex ABAP enhancements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams
