Job Summary

Temenos Headquarters S.A. is seeking a meticulous and analytical QA Analyst to ensure the quality and integrity of our software solutions. This role is crucial for upholding our high standards and delivering reliable products to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams for resolution.
• Utilize strong **Computer Skills** to navigate and test complex software applications and systems.
• Generate comprehensive reports using **Database Reporting** tools to analyze test results and identify trends.
• Contribute to effective **Information Management** by maintaining accurate and organized test documentation and records.
• Employ **Numerical Skills** to analyze data, interpret metrics, and assess the impact of defects.
• Participate in **Project Change Management** activities, assessing the impact of changes on testing efforts.
• Contribute to **Project Communications Management** by providing clear and concise updates on testing progress and issues.
• Assist in **Project Cost and Budget Management** by estimating testing efforts and resource requirements.
• Aid in **Project Estimations** for testing phases and resource allocation.
• Actively participate in **Project Meetings and Ceremonies**, providing valuable input from a QA perspective.
• Support **Project Risk and Issue Management** by identifying potential testing risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Utilize **Project Tracking and Reporting** tools to monitor testing progress and generate status reports.
• Ensure **Requirements Traceability and** by mapping test cases back to original requirements.
• Conduct thorough **Review and Reporting** of test results, defect trends, and overall project quality.

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong proficiency in **Computer Skills**, including familiarity with various operating systems and software applications.
• Experience with **Database Reporting** tools and the ability to extract and analyze data.
• Demonstrated understanding of **Information Management** principles.
• Excellent **Numerical Skills** for data analysis and interpretation.
• Familiarity with **Project Change Management** processes.
• Strong capabilities in **Project Communications Management**.
• Basic understanding of **Project Cost and Budget Management** concepts.
• Ability to contribute to **Project Estimations**.
