Senior Flutter Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with deep experience in Flutter to join our Global engineering team. You will play a key role in designing and building scalable mobile Android and iOS applications for our trading and financial products. This is a hands-on development role and you will contribute to the architecture, performance, reliability and security of our mobile applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS devices using Flutter and Dart
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Product, DevOps, Testing, Compliance, Operations and Business development
• Drive the roadmap for mobile application development for new products from concept to scaling up
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable and testable code and develop UI components and implementing well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices
• Incorporate testing into code to ensure stability, reliability and effective handling of edge cases
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability and reliability issues
  
  

• 3+ years of experience designing, building and deploying Flutter applications in production environments
• Strong experience in Flutter for building mobile applications
• Deep understanding of the Android framework and avenues for performance optimisation
• Experience in integrating analytics tools
• Experience with incorporating security best practices in Android and iOS applications
• Strong communication, collaboration skills; Familiarity with Agile workflows
  
  

• Familiarity with Java / Spring Boot, Git, Webpack, iOS and Android is a plus
• Experience with integrating websockets
