Whats the role?


We’re looking for an AGM – Growth who can own re-engagement and lifecycle growth for Nek across the Jar App, Nek Web, and Nek App. The role will focus on identifying the right users, communication, destination, and timing to drive incremental GMV and revenue. You’ll be expected to build highly efficient, data-driven cohorts, own experimentation across In-App, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and other channels, and continuously identify opportunities to improve growth. We’re looking for someone who can operate as an independent growth owner - spot opportunities, validate ideas through experiments, and help the team prioritise initiatives based on proven impact.



What will be your responsibilities?
 

• Own user re-engagement campaigns across In-App, Push Notifications, WhatsApp and other relevant channels.
• Build and continuously improve user cohorts based on behaviour, intent, transaction history, product affinity and other relevant signals.
• Identify the optimal cohort size and targeting strategy to maximize GMV/revenue while minimizing unnecessary communication to users.
• Personalize user journeys based on intent
• Make campaign targeting and landing decisions increasingly data-driven rather than rule-based or manually driven.
• Regularly monitor campaign performance, cohort performance, conversion funnels and improvement trends.
• Measure the true incremental impact of campaigns using control/holdout groups and other experimentation methodologies.
• Design, execute and analyse A/B tests independently.
• Own campaign analysis end-to-end, including data extraction, analysis, insights and recommendations.
• Run continuous growth experiments to improve acquisition, activation, conversion and re-engagement.
• Quickly validate new growth ideas before significant product/engineering bandwidth is invested.
• Identify opportunities across App and Web
• Develop and execute playbooks to introduce users to new and existing features and offerings.

• 1-3 years of proven experience in a growth, marketing, or analytics role in a fast-paced & data driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a highly data-driven approach to growth.
• Ability to independently analyse large user datasets and identify meaningful behavioural cohorts.
• Strong understanding of funnels, conversion metrics, cohort analysis and user segmentation.
• Hands-on understanding of A/B testing, experimentation design, control groups and measurement of incremental impact.
• Ability to distinguish correlation from actual incremental business impact.
• Comfort working with campaigns, push notification tools, in-app tools, and product analytics tools and independently deriving insights from data.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing channels such as Push Notifications, In-App communication and WhatsApp.
• Ability to think beyond communication and understand the complete user journey—from targeting to messaging to landing experience to conversion.
• Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to generate, prioritize and validate growth hypotheses.
• Ability to operate independently and own outcomes rather than only execute predefined campaigns.
• Strong business understanding, with the ability to connect user behaviour and campaign metrics to revenue and growth.
• Prior experience in growth, lifecycle, CRM, retention, product growth or data-driven marketing roles would be preferred.
• Experience managing product/user growth campaigns, preferably in Fintech or consumer tech product companies.
• Keen eye for effective copy and design.
• Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Clevertap and mixpanel.
• Strong understanding of B2C and e-commerce marketing principles.
