We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Windows Administrator to manage and maintain our Windows server environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of our IT infrastructure.

📍 Location: Bangalore Rural, India

💼 Role: Windows Administrator

What Youll Do:

 Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments (physical and virtual).
 Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.
 Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
 Manage user access, security policies, and authentication mechanisms.
 Troubleshoot and resolve server, OS, and application issues.
 Support virtualization platforms (VMware / HyperV).
 Implement and maintain backup, restore, and DR procedures.
 Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and scripting.
 Ensure systems comply with security, compliance, and operational standards.
 Document configurations, procedures, and operational processes.

Technical Qualifications
 Strong experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
 Handson expertise in Active Directory administration.
 Experience with VMware or HyperV virtualization platforms.
 Knowledge of patch management, antivirus, and system hardening.
 Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
 Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
 Familiarity with backup and recovery tools.
 Exposure to cloudhosted Windows workloads (Azure preferred).

Preferred Certifications
 Microsoft certifications (Windows Server / Azure)
 ITIL (plus)
