This role sits in the International Education Consulting and Student Mobility sector, supporting prospective students pursuing higher-education abroad and domestic university admissions. The team focuses on end-to-end student engagement—counselling, application management, document verification, and liaison with partner institutions—delivered from an on-site, client-facing environment in India.
Primary Title: Admissions Counselor
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to assess student goals, recommend suitable courses and universities, and convert inquiries into qualified applicants.
Manage the full admissions lifecycle: application preparation, document verification, SOP review, university submission, and follow-up until offer acceptance.
Maintain and update CRM records for leads, prospects, and enrolled students; run pipeline reports and ensure timely follow-ups to meet conversion targets.
Coordinate with university admissions teams and external partners to resolve application queries, secure endorsements, and track offer/visa timelines.
Advise students on visa requirements and assist in preparing visa documentation and interview readiness in collaboration with senior advisors.
Represent the organisation at recruitment events, education fairs, webinars, and campus outreach activities to generate high-quality leads.
