The Vendor Relationship and Transition Control Manager oversee vendor performance, manages supplier relationships, and works with internal stakeholders to ensure vendors meet operational, financial, and strategic requirements. Focuses on managing and governing the transfer of services, processes, systems, projects, or operations from one team, vendor, location, or business unit to another while minimizing disruption and ensuring business continuity.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance using established KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor vendor compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve vendor-related issues, disputes, and escalations.
• Conduct regular business reviews with vendors.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, operations, and business teams.
• Support vendor selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate vendor documentation and records.

Qualifications

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 
• ITIL Certification (Mandatory – ITIL v3/v4 Foundation or above)  

• Vendor Management Professional (VMP)Level

T6 (12+ Years Experience)

Experience

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT Service Management  
• Strong experience in IT Transition Projects and Vendor Management
• Exposure to SIAM / multi-vendor environment (preferred) 

• Hands-on experience with reporting and ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel
