Position Overview:

Interiors by Ashwiinii Dongare is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage client relationships, track project progress, and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system. The role involves close coordination with the design, sales, and project teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from inquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update client details, inquiries, and project timelines in the CRM software.

· Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads until conversion.

· Coordinate with the design and project teams to keep clients informed about progress.

· Schedule client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

· Generate CRM-based reports on sales, leads, and project status for management.

· Track customer preferences and feedback to improve service delivery.

· Ensure timely responses to client queries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

· Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns using CRM data.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· 2–5 years of experience in CRM operations, preferably in the interior design, real estate, or architecture industry.

· Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

· Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

· Knowledge of interior design project workflows.

· Basic understanding of design proposals and BOQs.

· Experience in customer journey mapping within the design industry.
