Job Description
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine (MD/DM) or equivalent recognized certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in Internal Medicine with demonstrated expertise in ICU and Critical Care settings.
- Proficiency in managing common and complex critical care conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, acute respiratory failure, shock, and multi-system organ dysfunction.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, ability to perform under pressure, and excellent communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.
- Familiarity with ICU protocols, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), and basic life support (BLS) certifications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and shift rotations as required.
