Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team at Reliance Retail, located in Ballari, Kalaburgi. This is a full-time position that involves overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and effective store management. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of retail management and customer service excellence.

• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and coordinate promotional efforts to increase awareness and sales within the store location.
• Ensure the stores visual standards are maintained to attract and retain customers while enabling easy navigation.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to manage inventory for optimal stock turnover.
• Maintain high standards of customer service excellence by training staff and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and balancing daily receipts in adherence to company guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and improving store profitability consistently.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to ensure effective team working and performance management.
