What Youll Be Doing

As a vital member of our specialist team, you will support students across a variety of settings:from our well:resourced classrooms to the local community.

Empowerment: Support students with PMLD and complex medical needs to achieve their personal and educational goals.

Holistic Support: Assist with learning, development, and progress, including participation in personal care and physical intervention routines when necessary.

Innovation: Use your creativity to help students manage anxiety and sensory overload, building their confidence for adult life.

Collaboration: Work alongside an exceptional therapeutic team in a highly specialist environment.

You dont need to have years of SEN experience, but you must have the right heart. We are looking for:

Practicality: Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English is required.
