Key Responsibilities

  • Upload loan and property-related documents into internal servicing platforms with accuracy and consistency. Index documents using standardized naming conventions for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Verify document completeness and quality before uploading; flag missing or incorrect files.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor junior processors and contribute to process improvements and procedures development.
  • Perform quality reviewer role and take accountability for multiple sub-processes
  • Liaise with internal and external teams (custodians) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Generate and maintain audit-ready records of loan documentation activities.
  • Identify risks or inefficiencies in the documentation process and recommend corrective actions.
  • Update, analyze the company’s loan repository system of record and other systems with appropriate data
  • Complete tasks that require the review of reports, system data, loan documentation, and other collateral or loan related information
  • Provide feedback to team members on opportunities
  • Handle workload and special projects efficiently.
  • Take ownership for business delivery and team accountabilities
  • Interpret and understand the Loan documents and Loan Servicing Agreements
  • Communicate with US counterparts and build relationships with business Partners.
  • Conduct process training followed by coaching and mentoring trainees

Desired Qualifications

  • (BCom) bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in loan processing or servicing, with focus on Loan Documentation.
  • Strong understanding of syndicated loans, commercial real estate, and structured finance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in loan servicing systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with regional financial regulations and loan documentation standards.
  • Should be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Should be flexible to work on different processes/assignments.
  • Ability to set priorities, plan and organize work
  • Should showcase strong professional conduct under all circumstances

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with commercial real estate, or structured finance.
  • Knowledge of documentation systems and systems of records is a plus
  • Knowledge of documentation workflows and automation tools.
  • Skilled in managing sensitive information while upholding privacy.
