Job Description

Ø To ensure implementation of current good warehousing practicein warehouse.

Ø To ensure all the activities in warehouse are perform as perSOP.

Ø Follow-up with QC for material release.

Ø Handling of psychotropic rejected and expired materialrecords

Ø Physical stock reconciliation

Ø Preparation of job responsibilities

Ø Follow up with purchase department regarding short fall ofRaw Material

Ø Preparation and Revision of SOP as per requirement.

Ø Monitoring of packing material dispensing

Ø Manpower handling

Ø Generation of Daily Dispensing Report.

Ø Generation of monthly report like stock statement, due forretest.

under retest,ageing.

Ø Maintaining the audit supporting document & dailydocuments for the Department

Ø Knowledge of handling of process related document like CCP/ deviation& implementation.

Ø Coordinate with purchase department and vendor for deliveryof Material
