- Capacity Calculations from prospective of line balancing and bottleneck identification. (Comparing design capacity & actual utilization).
- Finding Opportunities to increase the base capacity of manufacturing and packing areas of Unit I & Unit III.
- Understanding of shop floor and understand the gaps and unplanned stoppages that happen in routine operations.
- Identify bottlenecks and cycle time reduction opportunities.
- Derive standardization and best-practice implementation Process Mapping & Optimization.
- Reading and understanding of regulatory guidelines & analyzing interpretation on implemented processes in Glenmark Baddi.
- Efficiency / yield calculation & elimination of wastages or reduction of rejections.
