- Evaluation, review, logging and ensuring timely closure of the Change Controls (Trackwise & SAP), deviations & relevant action items/ child documents in TrackWise.
- Evaluation, review, logging and ensuring timely closure of the CAPA (Parent & Standalone) & relevant action items/ child documents in TrackWise.
- Preparation and review of SOPs applicable to QA department and verification of SOPs in line with cGMP and system compliance.
- Preparation of periodic trends of Change Control, Deviation & CAPA (Parent and Standalone).
- Assist in maintaining documents related to self-inspection, internal/external inspections and quality management review.
- Review and assessment of Code to code initiated in SAP.
- Responsible to perform the job assigned by superiors from time to time.
