As a Ground Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our airport. You will be responsible for assisting passengers, handling baggage, and performing various other duties to ensure a positive experience for all travelers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
• Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage onto and off of aircraft
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely operations
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the airport management team Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
• Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Fluent in English and Hindi, additional languages are a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends. Overtime may be required during peak travel periods.
