Front Of House Team Member

DB Brewery in Otahuhu is looking for a Front of House superstar to help relaunch our onsite bar.

We’re on the hunt for someone who has a knack for making friends, brings great energy to every shift, and can confidently run the show in a sole-charge position. As the key contact for our guests, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, memorable experience through top-notch service.

You’ll be working Wednesday to Friday, 2pm–6pm, serving drinks, engaging with customers, and keeping the bar running smoothly. From taking orders and serving beverages to maintaining a clean and organised space, you’ll be across all aspects of service.

Given this is a sole-charge role, you’ll need to hold a Duty Manager’s licence or be willing to obtain one (with our support). You’ll be trusted to manage the bar independently, ensure compliance, and deliver a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests - something that’s a key responsibility in these roles. There may also be the opportunity for additional hours.
