Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce organization-wide quality policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure adherence to national and international healthcare standards.
  
• Lead the recruitment, training, and development of healthcare staff, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver superior patient services.
  
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of clinical and non-clinical processes to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational challenges and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators related to quality, safety, and staffing efficiency, providing detailed reports to senior leadership.
  
• Manage the hospitals staffing lifecycle, from onboarding to performance reviews, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
  
• Facilitate training programs to keep staff updated on the latest medical protocols, safety guidelines, and quality management systems.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison for external regulatory bodies during inspections and accreditation processes.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, specifically in hospital operations.
  
• Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) with a track record of improving organizational performance and patient safety.
  
• Strong background in Human Resources management, including experience in healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, and team development.
  
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making based on quality metrics.
  
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
