Solution Architect - Senior Principal Consultant

Technical Lead / Solution Architect to own the end-to-end solution design and lead the engineering team building this product on Databricks, combining Databricks, ETL and React with AI-based ETL testing for the health & lifecycle sciences domain.

Own the solution architecture, design patterns, data models and technical standards for the DataTrust platform.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team across data engineering, application and UI layers.

Design ETL/ELT and testing frameworks on Databricks using the medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold), Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables and MLflow.

Architect AI-based ETL testing — auto-generation of test cases, reconciliation, anomaly/drift detection and human-in-the-loop review.

Ensure healthcare data compliance — PHI masking, HIPAA, and HL7/FHIR/claims validation.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide architectural governance.

Cloud (Azure / AWS), Git-based CI/CD, pytest-based automation frameworks.

Prior experience building data products or platforms (not just services delivery).
