Job Description:

Handle inbound international calls.
Provide customer service through voice process.
Assist customers with their queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Work in a US Healthcare process.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum typing speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts/night shifts as per business requirements.
Willing to work with two rotational split weekly offs.
Open to work from office in Kolkata.
2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates are eligible.
2026 result-awaited candidates are also eligible: BA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, MBA

Benefits

CTC: ₹3 LPA

Monthly Take-Home: Approx. ₹20,000
