BIM Coordinator

• Ensure the creation and upkeep of BIM execution plans for each project.
• Offer technical support to design teams while effectively managing technical matters with subcontractors.
• Safeguard the timely completion of the production plan as defined for each project stage.
• Provide support and conduct audits within the project team to identify and address non-compliance issues.

What you must have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or a related field of study.
• +4 years of experience in BIM, 3D modeling, construction technology, or related fields.
• Demonstrate a proven track record as a BIM coordinator.
• Exhibit an advanced grasp of Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of BIM workflows and standards.
• Communicate fluently in English.

A Great Plus:

• Previous experience working in the U.S.
• Past involvement in landscape or urban design projects.
