Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and validate complex machine learning models leveraging state-of-the-art deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Develop scalable algorithms and systems optimized for large-scale, distributed environments.
• Conduct rigorous experimentation and research design to advance model accuracy and reliability.
• Implement and evaluate neural networks using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and related frameworks.
• Analyze large datasets, perform statistical modeling, and develop innovative feature engineering strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, delivering detailed documentation and clear communication of findings and methodologies.
• Contribute to academic research by publishing results and staying current with advances in the field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in machine learning research roles.
• Expert proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Strong background in reinforcement learning, deep learning, and neural network architectures.
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale systems, distributed training, and simulation environments.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, statistical modeling, and experimentation.
• Solid grounding in optimization algorithms and scalable machine learning solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate technical concepts and results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Track record of impactful academic research, including publications in recognized journals or conferences.
• Familiarity with advanced feature engineering techniques and complex model evaluation.
• Strong experience using Git for code versioning and collaboration.
