Job Description
Execute API manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and approved SOPs. Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with process specifications. Operate and supervise reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, ANFDs, and other API process equipment. Ensure timely completion of production batches with optimum yield and productivity. Review and complete production documentation, logbooks, and batch records accurately. Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS for uninterrupted production. Identify process abnormalities and report deviations, incidents, and equipment issues promptly. Participate in deviation investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of CAPA. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper housekeeping (5S) and cleanliness of manufacturing areas. Ensure adherence to EHS requirements, permit systems, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
