Job Description
As a Graduate Trainee in ERW - NDT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through rigorous testing and inspection. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of metrology, quality management systems, and product certification. Your role will also involve implementing Total Quality Management (TQM. principles and conducting non-destructive testing (NDT. to ensure product quality.

Principal Accountabilities
Implement and manage Quality Management Systems and Product Certification processes to ensure compliance and excellencebr Conduct regular metrology destructive and nondestructive testing to verify product quality and integritybr Apply Total Quality Management TQM principles to drive continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfactionbr Lead with vision and customer focus ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and customer expectationsbr Manage resources effectively encouraging interdependencies within the team to optimize operational efficiencybr Maintain a strong focus on Quality Health Safety Environment QHSE orientation to uphold safety and quality standardsbr Demonstrate commitment to the organization and its goals showcasing entrepreneurship and business acumenbr Solve problems effectively and efficiently utilizing analytical thinking and process orientationbr Demonstrate technical knowhow of API and ISO standards for pipe manufacturing acting as a functional expertbr Foster a positive and productive work environment by maintaining a global mindset and striving for people excellence
