Summary

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to accounts receivable, addressing customer queries regarding billing and payments.
  
• Utilize basic computer systems to update account statuses, log interactions, and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
  
• Analyze outstanding balances and apply problem-solving techniques to negotiate payment plans or resolve disputes.
  
• Follow up persistently with clients to ensure timely settlements and maintain healthy cash flow.
  
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, ensuring all verbal interactions are constructive and informative.
  
• Manage customer interactions with empathy and patience, resolving issues related to account access or billing errors.
  

• Possess a minimum of six months of relevant experience in a customer-facing or financial support role.
  
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  
• Exhibit solid problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to following up on open items.
  
• Maintain a foundational understanding of computer operations and software navigation.
  
• Show aptitude for customer handling and effective telephone etiquette.
  
• Background knowledge in AR or medical billing processes is highly advantageous.
