FHCS Executive - Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Responsible for higher productivity of inbound and outbound shipments to control inventory as well as effective use of various resources.
• Maintained Min-Max stock levels of defined items.
• Responsible for monitoring COGI (Control over goods issue) through various inputs like SAP and MES and highlighting the differences to concern departmental head.
• Carry out Cyclic inventory counts & Yearly stock take activities with higher degree of accuracy and suggest changes in system for prevention of differences as well as accurate bookkeeping records all the time.
• To carry out SAP WMS operational activities on daily basis to have better control over internal goods movements.
• Additional responsibilities:
• Participate in QSHE-16 Audit as well as other mandatory audits and implement the suggestion and changes in respective areas.
• Maintained HSE protocols in warehouses and designated areas.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education Qualification:
• Bachelors in material management, BBA or MBA, Plastic engineering or relevant courses in the field of inventory & Logistic management.
• At least 5-6 years of job experience of managing medium size warehouse particularly in manufactuting environment or 3PL/4PL
