Peaks is looking for a Senior Product Designer. In this role you’ll shape the full user experience of Peaks. From UX flows to brand expression, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the most intuitive and trustworthy investing product in Europe.

As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll own and elevate the end-to-end design experience across product, brand, and marketing You’ll design intuitive journeys that help people feel confident about their financial future while ensuring our brand remains consistent, recognisable, and high-quality across all touchpoints. You’ll move comfortably between UX research, product flows, UX design, brand expression, and light art direction. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to bring clarity, simplicity, and delight to the Peaks experience.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to combine product craft with brand aesthetics and is excited to push the Peaks identity forward.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive the end-to-end UX and UI design for our mobile apps, website, and web portal
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to create simple and intuitive user journeys
• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover meaningful insights
• Develop user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface designs
• Evolve and maintain our design system across platforms
• Support marketing with brand-aligned creatives when needed
• Bring a product mindset that focuses on clarity, impact, and customer value
• Advocate for the user within a cross-functional team environment
  
  

What You Bring

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in mobile consumer products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing intuitive flows, polished interfaces, and high-quality visual design.
• Comfortable bridging product, brand, and marketing, and confident in both worlds.
• Experience in designing for iOS and Android
• Expert proficiency in Figma (components, systems, prototyping).
• Experience with motion design (Lottie, After Effects, Jitter, or similar).
• Strong understanding of how design translates into code, or eagerness to grow this skill.
• A sharp eye for detail, strong visual judgment, and high-quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide stakeholders through design decisions.
• Fluent in English
• Based in the Netherlands.

• Brand design experience (visual identity, brand expression, or creative concepting)
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• UX copywriting skills (English)
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
