As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing assistance and services to passengers at the airport. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and welcoming passengers as they arrive at the airport
• Assisting passengers with check-in and baggage drop-off
• Providing information on flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
• Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
• Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
• Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
• Minimum 12th grade education
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy luggage
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
