Role

Responsible for planning and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of his platform projects (including product planning, R&D, production, purchase and sales & marketing) from initial phase up to SOP – either internal or external projects
Responsible for achieving all project targets concerning product quality, cost and timelines for his platform

A Day in the life

Should be well versed with Project management skills – Project planning, Monitoring, Control, Risk and mitigation, Conflict management, Issue log,
Should be well versed with automobile product development cycle.
Responsible for system adherence and project stage gate review management and approval process.
Must have know how of working on PLM/CAD/MS Project

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ME/ ( MBA)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

15-25 years - Product Development and Project Management
Experienced motorcycle rider
Familiar and experienced in using project management tools

Behavioural Skills

Analytical and problem solving skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Management and Team Building skills
Planning, organization and a strong follow up capability
Professional background either Chassis Development or Vehicle Integration for several year
