Accessory Designer 

A purpose driven role for you

Accessories Designer will be responsible for all model accessory design and its coordination with various industrial design section, for all Hero Motocorp portfolio including all affiliated brands.
In addition, he/she will also be responsible coordination and planning of accessories for all products in our portfolio.

He/she will need to lead both activities from the Planning, alignment and concept creation to the final delivery for production.

It is expected that in this role he/she will be aware of the new trends, technologies and processes to continuously bring innovation to the company.

A Day in the life

-Concept & development of design, textures, material selection & coordination of releases of the part for proto & Die go.
-Managerial responsibilities ensuring co-ordination with other stake holders (inside R&D)
-coordination of merchandising & apparels with various outside stakeholders.
-Responsibilities ensuring co-ordination with other stake holders
-Support STLs with all ID sections.
-Keeping up with latest trends research.

Academic Qualification & Experience

M. Des./B.Des
03-05 Years Experience in Accessory or Industrial Design

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Skills, understanding of market / users requirements.
Understanding of latest Trends in automotive Industry
Good Sketching & Visualisation skills

Behavioural Skills

Dynamic, Positive attitude and proactive work approach
International and multi-cultural approach
Fluent communication skills
